Terms of Service

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms apply to the relationship between Tiny Desk ("the Service") and users regarding all services the Service provides.

Article 2 (Registration)

Use of the Service is established upon agreement to these Terms. Some features require sign-in via email.

Article 3 (Fees and Payment)

The usage right for each service can be obtained by paying the fee specified for that service (shown at the time of purchase) via Stripe. The usage right is granted once payment completes successfully.

Article 4 (Refunds)

Because each service is a digital good available immediately after purchase, refunds are not offered as a rule. However, if a system failure on our side makes a purchase completely unusable, we will review the situation after you contact us and issue a full refund.

Article 5 (Prohibited Actions)

・Acts that violate laws or public order and morals ・Acts that place excessive load on the Service's infrastructure (automated scraping, high-frequency repeated requests, etc.) ・Acquiring or trading usage rights through improper means ・Acts that infringe on the rights of third parties ・Attempts to decompile, reverse-engineer, or modify the Service

Article 6 (Suspension of Use)

If conduct falling under the preceding article is confirmed, the Service may suspend a user's access without prior notice.

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

The Service is an independently developed sample / demo project. Information and services are provided "AS IS," and the Service is not liable for any damages arising from use, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on its part.

In particular, tools that explain, convert, or analyze text may produce output generated by AI or automated processing, and no guarantee is made as to its accuracy.

Article 8 (Changes to or Termination of the Service)

The Service may change its content or discontinue provision without prior notice. If unused usage rights remain at the time of termination, we will make reasonable efforts to issue a prorated refund via Stripe.

Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the operator's address as the court of first instance.

Article 10 (Changes to These Terms)

These Terms may be changed without prior notice. Changes take effect once posted on this page.
